Personally believe its just a matter of time before FLU-v goes into stage III. Why wouldn't you. Human population needs vaccination for flu and this covers a number of strains.... The only one. Any ideas what a vaccine like this at current development stage is worth?

I've been through dozens of companies in the last few weeks and this is the only I'd put money into currently. The worse this gets the more this company will be in focus... And the more precious its assets become!

Why wouldn't a major pharmaceutical company just swan in and gobble Open Orphan up given the facilities the company own, the vaccines it has. Given the current cap its leaving orph very open to takeover given the current urgency and focus around virology. Hvivo is one of the best placed companies in the world to support a vaccine or anti viral find!!!

Absolutely crazy. Buy the dips and sit on it. Let the momentum generated by focus on virology move this higher... In time you'll benefit significantly imho

If you understand the place of institutional investors in the junior market you'll appreciate the opportunities Woodfund Fund collapsing has created. They were the biggest investor into HVIVO and helped push the valuation to £200n a few years back. However, when he was forced to liquidate all his assets he collapsed the price in a market than was pretty uninterested in virology. Then orph stepped in and snapped it up for a snip of its real asset value which was touted to be around £100m pre coronavirus outbreak. Since then you can probably double the NAV due to the mass focus from governments and large pharmaceutical companies to create vaccines and study flu and viruses. Governments will do everything they can to prevent this happening again and orph will be at the centre of this in the future.

What value do you put on the company now?

I can't believe how good an opportunity this is. I've been investing for almost 20 years now and this is one of the best opportunities I've ever seen!

Mr Richardson's total holding remains unchanged and is subject to the lock-in agreement dated on 10 June 2019, whereby he will not dispose of shareholdings for a period of 24 months from the date of admission, being 28 June 2019
