I agree, if they complete deal by 17th then there'll be no need to pass a buy back scheme.....this should have a god run up the 17th

Buy back would be to take Anderson's shares off him if s deal wasn't completed. Gives company a option b if they feel Anderson is using his large shareholding to force an deal which isnt value for shareholders and strengthening Orm negotiating position in this regard!

For those of us that have been around a while, they'll remember Thomas Anderson was CEO of Circle Oil who had licences for these areas.... He's obviously very bullish of their potential if he's willing to use a third vehicle to explore theses licences. Exciting prospects for a micro cap company!!!

For a company valued at £30m you get unrivalled value. Unbelievably undervalued, wind farm on scale of neighbour would generate circa £50m revenue annually. Capex circa £80m, annual opex £5m. No wonder wind in this part of the world is extremely popular! Very cash positive!!

Very true re BP And was on the hoof and saw BP pull back and saw opportunity for large, short term investment. Which I Should have taken but didn't. Reason around divi was an article I read said BP went ex divi 6 November, however it transpired it was infact the 5th.

However, as a full time investor in small cap space I don't need to justify myself. Already made a small fortune on this post Erskine acquisition and then again pre BKR. Now adding back in for the next acquisition.

Are you serious....? UNB are the third biggest gas production company in Ukraine. If you look at recent production figures which are openly available on their website, you'll see they are producing circa 30,000 boepd...

It's probably a half billion £ company in UK jurisdiction. Discount for Ukraine at your leisure. And watch out for RTO!
