Dubious selling today to bring a trickle down. Why today for less ? Conspiracy theorist inside me think this is a deliberate ploy by entities unknown to keep the sp suppressed to what end not sure yet
But ODX’s main LFT premises ended up in Chinese ownership.
Make of that what you will…
Abingdon feels different however , ODX was a mirage
I’m a LTH and not going anywhere
They sensationalise their opening argument , then don’t report one peep thereafter . I’m guessing the defence has been fairly robust and repetitive of previously judged cases the GLP lost (and there’s been a few).
I would expect some blue days once this clears . IMO.
The “unknown “ at 4.25pm was mine and I can confirm it was a buy ..having a little punt
Talk about piggy in the middle for Abingdon . Their defence is robust per the link below l , what the idiots at the DHSC get up to in their spare time is up to them . I believe there was a litigation clause in the contract that prevents payment . Hopefully get the case outta the way and no reason to block payment or the Abingdon lawyers can then step up to the DHSC.
Would be very messy for the DHSC to litigate twice over one contract !
I think they have tweeted it’s upcoming, so the case proceeds , but is it good practice to keep losing versions of the same case ? it’s definitely not a good business decision but like you say they are using other peoples money
Seems to me that next weeks case has been lost in parts elsewhere already by the GLP. Use of Whatsapp and VIP lane have all been struck out . Furthermore no payment even ever received by Abingdon let alone £85M in contracts.
Then Abingdon will get up and have their say.
How long thereafter it takes for DHSC to release a payment could still take months but I believe that is why they have entered the MOU for payment as they need to get this case out of the way .
IMO
Good summary HD
I don’t disagree with any of it
As of Tuesday Abingdon will be able to have their say as well something their say against the GLP , they have been “looking forward to “
I also personally think perhaps the fact the case gets heard releases the litigation clause that prevents payment by DHSC
Happy days I agree professional settings is a different world altogether and there should be huge demand
That being said the US is a very insular country with Medicare esp so I hope Vatic can circumnavigate this and gain the EUA which also opens up a host of other countries and settings
Took a while but did get a reply from Walbrook along the lines of the initial Vatic order of 600k had no “material” change to its number I n production , which I take to be a good sign since it wasn’t forecast downgraded in the interim
I will counter this by saying (regarding FDA EUA) I was in the states last week and the lack of interest in testing was alarming , seems they want to forget about it now, I came back less convinced there is a market there specifically
