Shareseeker10 thank you for clarifying. This TR1 is really confusing, especially when you look at the date of event and date it is reported. I was wondering as why would someone dispose shares right now when PXC are looking into starting revenue activities.
It is an excellent article showing who will really win this battle regardless of the outcome. Not Amigo, not customers, not FOS or FCA. The only one to profit heavily are CMC companies and nothing will come back here to UK in form of tax as these are set up in tax paradises. FCA and UK government needs to wake up to the true parasites activity here and do what is right for this country people and businesses . STOP to all CMCes registered abroad and CAP on what CMC is entitled to be paid from both, business and the customer. STOP to businesses being charged by FOS regardless of whether claim is genuine or bogus one. CMC should take full accountability for fraudulent and incorrect claims raised with FOS or businesses. Their responsibility should be to get claim first.
I've been watching fight between JB and HP with an interest. I was delighted when GJ was appointed in place of HP to lead this business to recovery from this mess. Once sorted both GJ and JB should join the forces and get justice done. HP's incompetence and ignorance is a one thing, but repeating the same gravely mistakes again and again leading companies to the same outcome with FCA and FCA approving him again and again for the same roles looks fishy.
Hi, I bought mine on SIPP with interactive Investor. I can do the same for SIP as well. Word of warning - you can buy via web or app. You can't sell via web or app. You have to call the broker to sell and they should not charge you a premium price for a phone call transaction
Well, none of mine was of that kind, hence no idea what's going on. Interestingly I am invested in other shares where all those type of comments on BB are a "standard" daily conversations and no one is removing these. Obviously someone here has a reason to filter out conversations that do not fit politics of this share. That is a complete shambles
Viking, first you would have to have a proof. The only proof we can have is yesterday buys. But definitely this is looking like one well organized move with news about FCA flying all over and scaring people off. I am sure this is not the first or last time here before this situation is resolved one or the other way. I wish this company the best as we do need it in this country to guide a recovery.
Agree with you Robbo13, but they also reserved the right to change their minds. It's another finger in the air despite the company and stakeholders unison opinion (primarily customers). And what is about shareholders contribution to this? Surely FCA should go after previous board and CEO rather than people who are trying to save this business, do business with this company (i.e. customers) and us shareholders.
