At the top of the RNS it states that Bindura made 1.184 mil after tax, but in the chart below that it states that they made 1.184 mil before tax, so which one of these figures is the correct one.

The Bindura shares in circulation figures I have from September have apparently been superseded, the new number in circulation is now 1239,656592 mil, which makes it app 86% so you are not far out at all, but regardless of the % it's far to high considering what else ASA has to offer, plus it makes a mockery of ASA's current share price, you get the feeling we are been played by someone for whatever reason, but no doubt it will all come out in the wash.

We have an interest of 75.4% which equates to £16,955505 mil, therefor hypothetically Bindura accounts for approximately 71% of the ASA share price today.

To be honest reading the ASA website, I thought that all the various resources in the Kilo Moto area of the DRC were bundled together under the heading "Zani-Kodo Project" , which has the full name of: ( Zani-Kodo joint venture ). Mwana Africa holds 80% in the Kilo Moto Joint Venture with SOKIMO (Société des Mines d’Or de Kilo Moto), controlled by the state-owned Office des Mines d'Or de Kilomoto (Okimo)holding the remaining 20% free interest carry in terms of an agreement signed in June 2005. So which bits are under joint venture, and which bits do we have 100% ownership.

D-A, I don't know where you get the idea that Nickel is "Strong" and that it's also "flying", a week ago it was 4.818$ per lb, and today it's only 4.529$ per lb.

We were referring to the Bindura Nickel AGM which took place on Thursday 22nd September in Harare, it is ASA's AGM which is on the 27th September.

I have to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I wouldn't say it's a white elephant just yet, but I have to agree about the smelter info or should I say the lack of any smelter info. The fact that they have had an AGM and then on top of that put out a trading statement, but to not mention one single word about the smelter is a little bit disconcerting.
