The lender pulling its agreement is no fault of who! I’d expect if they can raise money via an oversubscribed placing then they shouldn’t have any issues getting another lender on board if need be.

1p would be nice, personally I see 0.6-.7 range until an update on financing. Suspect this was priced in somewhat, you don't just wake up one morning and decide you are going to pull financing. It will have been known about.
