My gut says there’s more than meets the eye here. Why would a company even be in the running for a grant if it was about to die let alone win the darn thing!

Certainly one to tread carefully on but the rewards should be there for the patient and non greedy! It will be volatile!

Seen these types of plays before, not identical but WBI faced similar tight timelines to find funding, it did and lives to tell the story! There has been plenty more to tell!

Yes there has been stories going the other way but to me the UK need companies like this to achieve net zero targets, im more than certain common sense will prevail. We aren’t talking big numbers here to sustain the co either! Not a million miles from a success story with their products.

Massive buy signal from me, The government are likely to intervene here if no private investors step in. This is a huge piece of Britains drive for a greener country. British volt is a prime example on a grander scale, the Government knows it needs these businesses to meet its already demanding timelines!

The only piece of new news there was the 400k grant which is actually 60k more than what those speculating had thought!

The current position is still uncertain yes but that's a step forward for me! Why would you award a grant to a company that is doomed? suspect there is more going on than we know about at present!
