Yes still in, although at points today I had considered and tried selling, mainly at the peak however it was near impossible to sell mid 4s.

My intention at the start of the day was to let it ride and so be it. I am a little nervous of the worst case scenario, my judgement suggests it will be passed but there’s always the view of being darn unlucky too.

I would reckon we will retest todays highs on the back of the case if all goes favourably which I suspect it will. All proposals are more favourable than wiping the company out and it favours creditors too.

Yes the shell will still be a shell but that’s not really where the value is attributable at present. The value will be in what the new directors can bring! And of course the listing itself.

Han 3.9 was the best I managed and I didn’t take it. Few 3.8 offers before and after but fell a bit quickly

All those 250k trades well above the close price give me some comfort, you’d hope by the sheer number of them that there is confidence tomorrow will be passed and something good will come out in due course!
