In grand scheme of things the move over the last week is pretty minuscule, we aren’t even at levels of a few months ago and progress has been made on all levels since then. 10p is more realistic for now which isn’t a big move from here.

Wolf that’s not necessarily true. Index tracker funds can’t bail out and didn’t. Working in the industry I can tell you hand on heart that many fund houses are stuck with Russian, Ukrainian and even Belarusian assets whether they be equities or bonds.

I should personally I made my own decision to invest here but many will be held within the likes of Tracker funds.

Regardless we are being stung! By now there should have been some form of buy back or relief! The war isn’t ending anytime soon, are we just going to remain suspended forever? Seems so as the UK gov have never actually given any evidence to justify the initial tanks statement that lead to all of this.

The fact the UK Gov have decided to apply sanctions to EVR without any consideration for UK investors is farcical. I do understand why sanctions may be relevant for the company and its directors but to punish millions of investors who probably didn’t choose to have EVR Included in their pension fund is madness. And then there is the fact they haven’t made any efforts to provide some relief to those affected, those being UK citizens.

Quite simply it’s criminal!
