I would have assumed directors would have taken a position at inception, seems strange they have no skin in their own company? Perhaps I’m missing something from recent year?

A lot to consider and all relevant. What I think is interesting is the continued support from Merck. We don’t know the value of this probably through the NDA set up. I would imagine if it was irrelevant then Merck could bring this and build out in house however they obviously value PYCs expertise and see it as valuable to their business.

A lot of noise on Val 201. I am less optimistic on this piece. I was in Val 15 years ago and 201 was around then. It’s never really went anywhere so I don’t hold my breath but of course happy if it does.
