Not invested here but those late trades are quite something.

What I find strange however is that this looks suspiciously like they have forward sold big swaves of the shares being issued and without shareholder approval this is of course deemed unlawful. I think from memory AMTE, may be wrong experienced this and were suspended whilst the regulators investigated why.

I don't want to be considered a de rapper but sure some will cause me of being one. Just an observation as I watch from the sidelines.

With the view that the company is moving into profitability I doubt the use is free. More likely an NDA has been agreed given it is backed by the US GOV
