BIDS released the share reorganisation and Irdeto £2.4 million CLN RNS on 18/10/2023. Two months on no GM has yet been called. I consider this as a very positive sign.

Hopefully the £3 million from Azerion will cause them to shelf the plans. This would seriously underpin the share price. They could get greedy and say why settle for £3 million when we can have an extra £2.4 million at PI expense.

If it comes to that I would hope PIs and existing holders with 3% and over all vote NO.

Is it a fair assumption that the £3m from Azerion is intended to close off the CLN? From what I can see they haven’t drawn any of the note?

What a bloody faff!! Just tell us it’s done, they already missed the date range suggested. In fact they missed it a few times, lesson learnt don’t put specific dates on news flows if they can’t be met.

Let’s see how the market reacts, suspect it wil not be fireworks like some assume.

Nice to see some chat here today! Must admit I’ve taken my eye off the company completely of late. I thought they had only taken the order book? Personally I’d be surprised if they took the listing, would be nice but not holding my breathe.

What I am more encouraged by however is the point bond raised. A fair few bought in here on the dying days and paying such a low price hold fair chunks of the share count in comparison to that of directors. We certainly do have a case to veto a vote on liquidation, where that then puts us I do not know but it does give some hope.

Always felt this was one of those shares that was massively overvalued, guess what Lorna knew that too and she’s done a great job bringing it down to 2.5mil mcap. She should be hanging her head in shame - an absolute shambles
