My hunch is an RTO will take a few weeks to complete, there's a need for a new prospectus which will usually be confirmed with the market.

Bob imo it is more likely Adam was pushed, its clear Jas doesn't need his skills having turned the business around. It was also part of the deal with ITS sale that he would take a role.

Maid Brad has done well to get this deal in line. RTO's can be done in less than 30 days if all goes to plan, you just never know! Likely to be longer imo.

The RTO Is a route to market for large companies, one quicker and cheaper than an IPO. The value of ICON is irrelevant that the purpose behind an RTO. The shell is what is of value to Jas nothing else, if Brads lucky he may keep a job for a while…

You may get something from an RTO but it wont be from In the Style.

Totally agree Jarem, Here is the article which mentioned a return to profitability which is obviously of importance if the deal is to go through which imo looks likely if they have signed so quickly.

Jarem, One thing I find interesting that I hadn't realised is Adam Frisby left the company in Dec with the company claiming to have turned a corner and being back in profitability. That opens the doors for investors imo, some may have had concerns with Adam and how he managed the situation previously the prior PLC.

I reckon there will be an overhaul of the BOD. In the Style is significant player in the online fashion business, it needs experienced people to take it forward. What does Brad and co bring to the table other than bringing the RTO to fruition? Im not sure it will be very much tbh. Iconics Past will be irrelevant once the deal happens, there will be a name change and new business.

What’s the re to ask? The company was sold and those in charge of the new co have nothing to do with the previous listing. It’s arm has nothing to do with In The Style. Sorry to burst the bubble but that’s how it is I’m afraid.

And I had realised that Adam now has nothing to do with In the style having stepped down in Dec. This is very interesting but unfortunately not for ITS holders who have been mugged by Adam. It is interesting that now he is no longer involved they are looking to take it back to the market.

Agree its smells, ive been involved in a few stings! SFE which essentially come back operating within a week under the paying suitor, have shareholders seen any return through the liquidation nothing! Morrisons wiped out Mccolls again still operating. Poor form, personally ive never shopped in Morrisons since.

ITSARM has nothing to do with ITS im afraid, ITS holdings was set up post sale with the buyer Jas Singh. The company still operates whilst leaving the RENAMED ticker behind. Shareholders veto'd the liquidation with two big names going the fray, nothing has come to fruition from them. ICON RTO in to In The Style holdings will be fruitful for ICON holders but unfortunately zilch for ITSARM. As share said its pretty disgusting behaviour particularly from those who were involved in In The Style pre sale. I guess those who took it forward post sale cant be held to account but Adam for now is in tow with them so some questions still exist.
