1p plus without a doubt tomorrow, various risk fa cries now removed.

Funding not only received to progress operations which were in jeopardy but a huge extension with the forward dated repayment element. Where previously the first repayment essentially due now Orion have pushed it out 18 months till YE 25. That’s a massive relief for the business and allows Craig some room to focus on operations.

Whilst we knew discussions were on going they have now been concluded and on far better terms. .6 a few weeks back factored in all the risks of the worst case, 1p -1.5p seems a fair settling point although most will still be massively underwater.

I hope the Mm appreciates the risk reduction and marks up as it did almost immediately on Fri to .85.

Wise words Nat, from this price its all about recovery, not many will have bought in last week it was hardly flavour of the month. There will have been a few opportunists when it started to rise or some choosing to average down, either way they will have taken profits or improved a higher average. Only one of this will sell into the spike the other will look to at least get their money back as it meets their av, they may also choose to stay put which is probably more likely.

I hadn’t realised the payments were deferred, probably works in our favour now particularly with debt being extended out. Gives the company some breathing space it didn’t have yesterday. And a lot of it, a huge sigh of relief

Big chunk missing in the numbers is the sale of Vachem post year end, Craig is definetly turning this ship around before it sinks and man it almost did!

Even after this afternoons rise it’s still at all time lows, will be very few who were buying in under 1p. Can see 2p being taken out next week
