Next pivotal point will be hopefully in the next few weeks when we see the jv details and see how much Oilex have to give up to get the finance they need. After that presumably, they will be able to give a timetable for drilling. What do you think? Personally, I would think late this year or early next before we see the all important results.

No Jasper. I think at the moment there are too many variables to calculate a value. I actually thought it was a bit naughty of Joe in his interview when he said a contingent resource of 900 bcf. A contingent resource by definition means reserves that are present but not commercially recoverable. I suppose they could become commercially recoverable with increased prices and improved flow rates. There were figures on the website which were about a tenth of that, which is still a large amount. I think Callum has used these in the past. Whatever figure you use the value then depends on the success of the success of the recommended techniques to increase the flow rates.
No, I don't have any information on gas production from the other fields in the Cambay Basin. Atb.

Hi Gareth. It was a bit more than a whisper back then. Gspc came within less than an hour of failing to deposit the cash with the court. Of they had failed Oilex would have got all of Cambay for nothing and it could easily have gone to 1p or even more. All irrelevant now. No one really knows the true worth until they drill the new Wells and see if the new techniques produce the increased flow rates. In the meantime the short term sp depends on anticipation of what might happen, in particular what % they have to give up to new partner. Hopefully, we'll know more soon. Atb.

Attached is a link that lists all the fields in the Cambay Basin. There are many smaller than Oilex's Cambay Field. There are 3 that are bigger including one of 2000 sq. km. Atb.

TWB. Yes of course, anything is possible depending on exact news. I was merely pointing out that the increased number of shares need to be taken into account in any comparison. The number of shares in other companies us irrelevant, it is the % increase that matters.

Hi Gareth. It wasn't a whisper but the very real possibility that gspc might deposit the cash fall money with the court and thus forfeit Cazmbsy. Not wanting to be a party pooper, but one big difference between now and then, double the number of shares. So 0.65 then is the equivalent of 0.33 now. Doesn't mean we can't still see a decent rise from here of course. A lot depends on the jv deal etc. Atb. Gla.
