Conger. I used to think jv would follow hot on the heels of approval but now think they may wait for the results of trying the new fracking methodology on 77h. If successful they would get a much better deal. Atb.

Conger. The last dilution of around 18 % was after the 0.5 intra day peak. On the other hand as you say the rise in prices since then may cancel out the effect of that. Great news that it looks like it is coming before the next dilution. Atb. Gla.

Espen, you are right, in the update on 17th September they said this.
"In anticipation of the Government of India's (GoI) ratification of the Acquisition, the Company is advancing the various steps needed to recommence production from two wells (C-73 and C-77H); a further update will follow soon. The Company is also planning to workover and re-complete C-77H to boost production in early 2022."
However, that was almost 3 months ago, when it seems they were expecting approval imminently. I guess we could hope that if approval dropped soon they would be ready to go pretty quick. Atb.

Hi Espen. Not sure about this firm timetable you refer to. Thought all we had was vague statements about C73 and C77 restarting im H1, and the new wells in H2. Or have I missed something?
In any case nothing can really happen until approval. Surely cant be much longer. You are obviously confident enough as you keep putting your money where your mouth us. Lol. Atb.

Agree absolutely Conger. In early April they gave the impression that approval was a formality and a month or two away at most. Since then they have just repeated the mantra " In the coming months". In early July Roland said in around 3 months. At the very least we deserve an update as to why it is taking so much longer than expected and what if anything they are doing to chase it up. After all Gujarat state approved it almost instantly.
Also, some indication of what else Roland is doing wouldn't go amiss.
Qs. You are right, it is not a whole year wasted just 8 months and counting since gspc approved thecsale. As you know I was one of those who never expected to see my original investment again do was delighted to get out with a profit on April 7th. Like you I am virtually derisked having put in just a bit more than my profit. That doesn't stop the current information vacuum being frustrating though. Atb. Gla.
