You would have thought that if Nasdaq was actually the destination then they would have announced it by now especially as they only have 5 days to convince the Boom board that the shares back up the £12 valuation. The current shareprice would seem to suggest that no one believes it does.
Late trade is a buy for a change- £189k at 9.30.
have a good weekend all.
Interesting little tussle to the end to see how this plays out before the weekend.
This looks like it might have legs this time.......
Looking more and more like a lack of stock in the market.
I think I should suggest quizzes more often if it's going to have that effect..........
That ruined that game Lol
The question who gives up and when the 5k brigade or the MM's
I reckon the MM will crack at 12.47.
Thanks for the confirmation.
I wonder who will blink first, Mr 5k or Peel Hunt.
All joking aside £400 max isn't exactly making a market is it!
Is 5k the limit to trade currently or is someone buying in multiple 5k batches? 4 at the end of last night and another 3 this morning so far?
All this reliance on Leap for "old" holders is going to mean that any early uplift when it does eventually IPO is going to be quickly removed by all of the holders sitting waiting for leap exit straight off into any strength having recovered their money.
The only way this gets any traction for x 2's and above is to get enough good news out on all the other investments to get new Cannabis based investors on board prior to Leap and to convince a percentage of the remainers that it's worth hanging on to even after leap. That way Leap is an added bonus not the end product.
Just missed!!!!
I think this has now got very illiquid and somebody is buying consistently the small amounts available wouldn't be suprised if this was sitting at £10.00 at the end of the day. Depends how keen the buyer is to push on.
Another late trader just posted of 938,079 from yesterday so probably explains the late dip. Is that the last of the mystery seller?
Not sure about an RNS but if you keep the Works/Wadnob routine going as long as possible as the price has been firming up the whole time its been going on and at this rate we might even get a blue day.
If it does turn out that Nasdaq is the exchange that AAA is relisting on then I think that changes the game on the offer and it becomes a bet on the price of AAA on its relaunch. If, as has been said repeatedly by many, that the UK market undervalues Audioboom then having the purchase of Audioboom as part of their nasdaq launch would surely underpin, if not enhance, the AAA shareprice.
50:50 now that this will go through.

I have to say that I tend to agree. I can't see any reason that Endeavor/IMG would need/want to IPO Leap when, as you say, they pretty much make out it's theirs anyway on their website. Endeavor report tonight so who knows.
Regarding the end game for Leap it is obvious from reading here and elsewhere that their is no consensus on how the end game should be handled other than it releases the value within Leap. Couple of thoughts on this :
1) Everyone is saying that ED's legacy rests on the sale of Leap. I think we need to realise that Seed don't have a majority holding in Leap and ED is just a director not CEO therefore any ongoing sale/IPO will need to be in IMG's plans as well who may wish to buy out Seed rather than IPO it which may lead to a much different value for Ed to consider. Of course the wish is to get an IPO away as soon as possible but ED is tasked with delivering maximum value not sell at all costs as that suits some shareholders.
2) If the metrics suggest holding on to Leap for another year to enhance the IPO value then so be it but if that is the case then he needs to give proper figures to back this conclusion and move Fralis LLC from St Kitts to a jurisdiction where we can see some accounts and the the regulatory framework actually compels you to keep accounts.
We could do with someone who actually knows how Fralis LLC is set up as the figures for Leap Ltd would appear to be only the development side and licensing info and is only part of the figures reported in the Seed accounts. I'm guessing their is a usage part to the deal that goes direct to Fralis .
As far as Leap Ltd goes, based on the info in the 2020 accounts, the licensing side is going to have near to a $1 million profit and an ebitda profit of nearer $2 million for the year ended December 2021 with turnover up 100% however this is not really of much help if we don't know the set up for the remaining part of the puzzle.

Thanks for that. The ebb and flow of ideas and debates are great but the sharing of info is why these boards are so helpful( if you can remove some of the fluff)
