Well no sell off atm is a good thing obviously but it only takes a tiny leak of bad news for the floodgates to open and we will be left stranded. Of course it could also go the other way. Was it incompetence to inform the the market that a proposal would have been ready by 28th February 2019?! What are the extra details required that would delay this by 17 months ffs!
