This agreement in the grand scheme of things is not bad. Once we increase our output this will put us in a very favourable position regarding being a very successful candidate for the power plant.

It was a bit hard to swallow but moving forward we need to increase our coal output. Lots of future placings would keep dragging us down every time we approached the market. This way it runs parallel with our increase productivity and future income.

They will have to announce any selling above 3% and have got agreement not to hold above 29.9% so they are never in a position to make an offer to buy the company. If we get the price back up they will get less shares so harder to achieve 29.9%

Because the placing is for a small amount and is to be snapped up by institutions. The mm’s would not have taken part. So will be struggling if we keep continuing to rise.

No 9p here was never going to drop that low very pleased it dropped though easy pickings.

We will fly past 12.8p this time only one mm’s sat under 13p
