My point is someone is still Loading up. If they put these buys out at the correct time many would hold on to their holdings. This in turn would create a massive spike. Something they are trying to prevent.

Plus they never dropped it lower than 0.23 to buy still big demand. Tempted to sell copl in the morning to get more of these. I see this multi bagging more short term.
