Hopefully this is the company, the share price holding well, iv not heard anything regarding a fund raise to complete the acquisition if it is the above company 🤞 they can just do financing deal through paperwork and not have to come to market for funds.

There hasn’t been much selling volume over last two days so it still has plenty of legs to shoot up with very little stock floating about. Having read evening post… Everyone needs to do their own research for the record,I have been in DKE well before they got suspended I hold a large amount of shares and added another 10mil today I believe in Peterhouse as I deal with them. I post mainly on twitter as over the years lse has been plagued with idiots. Anything I say is not investment advice just my own views through my research. I see there are still many low life’s still prowling lse this is the reason why I stopped posting.

The mm’s need sellers it will struggle to keep the volume churning without them. Plenty of bags in this few ups and downs I’ll stay and wait for the main prize.

Put your thinking caps on… the ruling is that it has to be a minimum of £30mil what if it’s a £100mil plus company then how many bags from this low market cap will it do. Not much risk at this level there are AIM shells priced higher than this.

All of the MM’s need stock they we’re struggling before it got suspended and nothing has changed only a small amount of selling today and the company is in a better position passing the new requirements need from the FCA to acquire the RTO. Doesn’t take a brain surgeon to work it out. Going for good old fish&chips for lunch. Hopefully blue when I return.

The FCA are very stringent regarding the new requirements needed to list on the main market, RTO’s are the easiest why for big companies to reverse into the main market. I would imagine Peterhouse have a few already in mind. Peterhouse would not have entertained DKE otherwise.
