Just watched the Vox interview again. Suggest others do as well. Follow the science and try and drown out the noise.

Okay- this share is breaking my heart.... and my bank balance. However... fast forward a few years and and we'll hopefully be helping people to live longer, have a thriving diagnostics bolt on and be laughing about the stress when the SP decided to go south (again and again!). We all want lots of short term news to boost the SP- all investors do. The reality is that industry changing technologies take time. We are still at an early stage in the AVA journey. Is it painful- YES... do I wish I bought in at this level instead of >£2.... definitely YES...... will it come good... IMHO I believe it will but it'll take a bit more patience (grey hair and high blood pressure). GLA and keep the faith! Trolls- don't bother.. I ain't listening today cause it's Friday and I can't be ar*ed.

Hope you're right Bella. Sitting with a considerable paper loss ain't much fun. The science seems sound and will eventually overcome the games being played with the SP. Sometimes keeping the faith ain't easy though! GLA

Unfortunately Alastair can't win. If he says something positive about the LFT and a RNS doesn't land the next day he'll gets trashed. If he mentions it in an interview but hasn't got news to share he gets trashed. If you're still here waiting to get rich on the LFT you're somewhat deluded. It will be back and generate revenue but this is no longer the key to driving the SP. I thought the interview was very positive on AVA and I sense they're being very careful not to over -hype the early results until they have more data to back it up. Better to keep your cards close to your chest until you've got an unbeatable hand to play.

Not a great start for Jag. Appreciate the situation is pretty dire but what we needed with a steady helm, confidence back in the business and a plan. All we have is lack of communication and when it happens it's confused and muddled. Whilst the leak was probably out of his control it reflects badly on the business. What an embarrassment! Would sell but then again what's the point? Probably find more money down the back of the sofa than what I'd get selling up. Sad state of affairs!

Sorry for your loss Blackcat. You're sitting with a good average there compared to many and it'll come good. On a down day I look at the science behind Avacta and try and drown out the noise from the bringers of doom! Just keep thinking about where we'll be in a few years time. Down the line people will be buying in at multiples of this and will still be looking to make good money as the business evolves and grows (if we haven't been bought out of course!). Made a few bad investments in the last year- ODX, N4P, DDDD. Avacta my biggest holding (biggest paper loss!) but the science is sound and will revolutionise chemotherapy. Onwards and upwards (with a few dips in between!)

Been a real rollercoaster and still more twists and turns to come I suspect. Bought in cautiously then jumped in heavily at a high entry price. Way underwater here but not worried- will come good soon and everyone will be well rewarded regardless of average. Looking forward to passing the ATH so everyone who's held firm will be blue. Re-purposed

When supplies ran low they repurchased the Orient Gene professional packs and gave a user info leaflet. These were packs of 20. Innova being supplied in 7s again although others still in circulation.. Supply through pharmacies has improved but the volumes allocated to councils and other providers has been reduced. Innova 25 packs still used in test sites and for NHS and care settings for professional use.

Decided to throw in the towel and protect capital. Had too many blows lately with ODX, N4P etc. Will probably look again when the dust settles. Good luck all for whatever you decide to do.

...Hard to stomach

Absolutely agree. Have a high average but am convinced this will be a great long term hold. Paper losses are hand to stomach but think where we will be in 3 to 5 years time. Many irons in the fire.

Can you get this to Neale Hanvey MP. He might find this useful.

Don't know how Colin can just sit and watch the business burn to the ground around him. Beyond angry! Do something you fool!
