If the information on this site is credible, I see no reason why the acquisition isn't complete already. If you look at the FAQs the process is designed to be quick and straightforward.

The 100million coal tokens are nearly back to the value they were issued at.

Thanks Twiggy, tried to figure it out myself, what you've said makes sense.
Any idea why Angra would change their address and back again on the 13/01/22?

I'm with you Novice, your prediction is a mcap between 387 and 464 million pounds. How are valuing the company to be in the billions of £'s in the same time frame Star?
Thank you for the links Jiffy, I've not researched Sam Bankman-Fried, I'm definitely going to look into the points he's making.
Is it possible information could get updated on companies house or the FCA register before an official RNS gets issued by a company?

Am I right in thinking this will benefit us with the direction the company is going if this becomes the norm?

Thank you JiffyBag, I'll check it all out now.
New to the share, what I've managed to find out is GST are due to acquire Angra whose expertise lies in foreign exchanges and payment services. With the acquisition, GST gets a FCA approved authorised payment institution, I believe this helps them with their aim to establish themselves as a digital banking service.
They have aligned themselves with WiseMPay who will assist with the Blockchain payments and utilise the Coalculus blockchain ledger technology. https://mobile.twitter.com/coalculus

They aim to create a GS money protocol which will allow them to offer transactions across 4 currencies, the Dollar, the Pound, the Euro, and the Yuan.
Making money through International Money Transfers I understand, where I get a bit lost is how they make money though Borderless accounts and Private Stablecoin.
Could anyone share their knowledge and correct anything I might have misunderstood please?
That article is over 10 years old
I'm hoping we will be able to watch his presentation this time around. It looks like their YouTube channel is kept up to date https://youtube.com/c/imperialcollegevideo
I think you are spot on blox, I can't see how increasing the number of shares in issue will benefit anyone as we can buy them at virtually the same price without impacting the mcap.
Thank you, I have read the highlights, it may well be that it'll be linked in with a Journal article and won't be available until that point. I'll just have to keep an eye out for it.
Has anyone managed to see the AIHL presentation yet?
I've emailed Walbrook, tweeted Genedrive and John McDermott to ask how can we watch it, but none of them have replied. I also signed up to ESHG to try and watch it there on demand and checked their YouTube channel, but there was nothing there from this year.
If someone could post a link I'd appreciate it.
Does anyone know how much the devices are likely to cost per unit or will the devices be leased? I imagine it'll work similar to a Gillette razor, buy/lease the device and also buy the cartridges from Genedrive. An educated guess could be made with a little more information to establish potential sales figures within the UK and worldwide based on those figures. I believe the estimates cost of a test a while back was £60, not sure what the predicted cost is now though.
John McDerott seems to be enthusiastic about his presentation tomorrow. Have a look at his most recent tweets.
