Its good to see Zcash so high as it means that on paper at least I've recovered my costs when using the MAAS. With Bitcoin also doing well then surely Argo are doing fine. As another poster said, hopefully they have a strategy to hedge the coins so they are not exposed to the wild fluctuations as much.

I was a buyer post IPO at around 12p and subsequently bought on the lows so at present I'm in profit and intend to hold for the long term. Therefore, more news on Hive and more frequent updates from the BOD would help. I still don't understand why the SP is so low considering crypto generally at the mo and the facebook news should stimulate more interest in crypto as a whole.

And I wouldn't be in this if I was worried about the risk. However I won't continue to throw good money after bad for too long.

Snicklin. I have two packages both on Zcash. Like you I don't intend to be in short term. However, unless Argo do something to improve the mining performance to at least break even with the $50 charged per package I'll bail out by Jan most likely. Probably they can make that improvement if they wish. They also need to take some pain as crypto is pretty awful right now.

This initial batch of subscribers is probably the cream of their business. Get it right with us and they should do fine. If they don't then I'm fairly sure most will bail out and then they're in trouble which is no good either as then I lose on the share investment. We shall wait and see what they do.

Zcash is down 36% in the last month at the time of this post.

So far I'm pretty bloody disappointed with this investment. Like Dan, I try to be optimistic and will hold but this share has been a real dog so far. Down down down. It'd be nice to hear from the company to give some confidence against the continuing slide.

I think they'll have no choice but to give better mining performance to compensate for the dropping value of the coins they are mining. Otherwise there is no choice but to walk. It'd be stupid not too as $50 out and $35 in doesn't work.

Lets hope they do something instead of saying nothing. Its their business plan and those who've invested must be pretty miffed. And I 've bought on the way down as well.

Thanks for this Dan. I'm also mining zcash with one account using flypool at 5000sols/s. I contacted Argo and they said that for my $50 (from next month) that my forecast return would be $54. Hmm. That doesn't look like a good investment for what is already a risky proposition. I don't know where you got your stats from as Argo doesn't provide them. I also don't know how to use whattomine.com

If I look at your post it seems to me that you're suggesting that you will get $51 per account for your $50 outlay. Are you happy with that and if yes - why?

Sorry. I know I'm a newbie but I liked the general concept behind Argo ,I've bought shares as well (so far a bad idea) and I'm trying my best to be optimistic here. So your (or others) feedback is very welcome.

I'm signed up too. Will start mining on 1st October. Zcash using flypool. Limited options as the rest was sold out. Shall see how it goes. Not long to wait

I'm a bit confused with the message in the half year report vs the video on stocktube ref. ASICs and GPUs. On the stocktube video from the launch in June, Bixby states that they'd be investing in GPUs when in reality the opposite seems to have happened. By investing in ASICs does that not undermine (hoho) those who wish to mine Etherum?

I'd appreciate a view from those far wiser than me in this subject. I find it quite fascinating and look forward to actually being able to participate (mining) in the near future.

I bought into this share as I really like the business model (subscription) and I'm on the waiting list as I'm sure many of us are. I like what I see and when they increase their subscriber base I'll be surprised if the SP doesn't rise.

Im a LTH so not interested in the ramping etc.. So the cat fights are more humorous than anything else.

Looking forward to what happens over the next couple of months and I will keep adding as we go.

Would be good to see more posts from current active subscribers and what benefits (if any) they see from their subscription. How much are they laying out per month and what's the returns? Or is it a hobby?

I've read all that I can about the company and was disappointed on the feedback ref. the broker but I guess I shouldn't be surprised as most of them just kiss ass to get their fees and their views are usually BS. Any guidance on more reliable sources to stay up to speed on the companys progress? I'm signed up for any RNSs. I don't do twatter so I guess I'll see what pops up on here as there seems to be some well informed people.

Never much activity on this board. A bit like the SP. Curious to know why others continue to hold this share. With no div and not much movement in the SP - -why hold?
