I've still got some left after selling many times. It seems obvious its bust but why is it not trading for less? Can someone please clarify. Thanks.

I can see the reference to the 5,631,197 shares with a 90 day lock in (not long). Where do I find what they actually paid for them with their own cash?

I don't post often but I'm a long term HODLER. Is there any data out there to show when the BOD actually bought into this stock rather than just milking it for all its worth? I do feel sorry for those who bought into this at £2 plus as the Nasdaq listing appears to be just another share dilution from which the BOD will gain again massively. Like in March the sale was undervalued and the same again with the $15. I've thought for a while the BOD don't give a monkeys about the longer term investors. Sad to see this but it appears to be the case.

And "I think in quarters". Interesting video from the the main man. Didn't say much but what he did say is logical.

I'm a long term Argo hodler and I feel the same way but do get frustrated sometimes. I think my hair will end up like his.

Wrong. I'm a long term HODLER in from the beginning. Not sold a share. I didn't like when they granted themselves tons of options at 7p and said so at the time. I just think some recent decisions and actions are poor. The clean energy ideas however are smart.

Overall its a hell of a share with a great future. Doesn't mean they are always right. I was angry that I couldn't participate in the fund raising as I was at work and as a long term shareholder I thought that was poor. Just my view that some of the recent actions have lost confidence in some investors.

Agree Pops. The board have made a fortune for sure and the dilution, even though small was very badly managed.

I don't think we've recovered since as the confidence was lost at that point. Some bad calls from PW and his team. However, of course the direction overall is still positive I believe it's why the share price absolutely lost its momentum and now why we stagnate.

Of course the March results will be mega but the BOD need to get some confidence back and not do something silly like further share sales or options cashing in.

Herve. You could say that the main guys got their money so why would they care about the fire sale? I too had no chance to buy any and I hold quite a few more shares than you.

The dilution may be small but the way it was done was p... poor.

Poptimist. Your posts are interesting and today, for the first time in a while I'm a bit hacked off with what happened yesterday PM. I'm working and I had no chance to participate in this fire sale. I'm a long term Hodler and not impressed at all that the SP is at 2.40 ish on the back for $54k BTC. I have other shares where when fund raising was going on I at least had a chance to participate.

Well said Poptimist. I've been in since the float with a very low average - similar to yours I think. I didn't top slice so the SP is a tad disappointing today but hell, it's light years from where we were in December.

I like the strategy still. I don't agree with raising cash privately, never have. Always smells of 'friends' getting a good deal. All the same I think the path chosen is a wise one and I'll continue to hold for the long term.

Duke. Not whinging. It's just not good form. I've bought below 7p as well to average out and have supported this share since IPO.

IMO, 7p is just too low and 3 months too short. We've taken way more risk for (at present) little return. I remain a hold but shall be watching the BOD more closely.

Morning Trek. I'm disappointed with that RNS for the first time as well. I'm a holder and subsequent buyer since the IPO and I agree, 7p is way too low. Also, if I read it correctly "they will begin to vest three months after the date of the grant in equal monthly tranches over the next 21 months". That can't be good practice. It should be at least a year.

No wonder we can't get the SP up if they're feathering their own nests like this.

Agreed. I think we get quite a lot of updates from ARB. Way more than I do on other investments.

Wonder what the M&S shareholders think of M&Ss new policy to have shared changing rooms.

Looking at the share performance over the last year why would shareholders think its okay to be so right on PC. Its expensive to be PC especially for this market.
