Kazera Global plc, the AIM quoted investment company, is pleased to advise that the Department of Mining and Mineral Resources has dismissed a third party's appeal against the grant of a mining permit to the Company's 60% owned subsidiary Whale Head Minerals (Pty)Ltd ("WHM"). WHM now expects to shortly receive final documentation allowing it to commence production operations of heavy mineral sands ("HMS") at the Walviskop mine in South Africa.

Queensland copper/gold campaign update.

With the rain finally breaking, Tectonic’s exploration team has been able to access the Specimen Hill project site this week. The trip is to familiarise our new lead exploration geologist with the area and complete environmental checks and pre-mobilisation for drilling.

Despite widespread flooding in South-eastern Queensland over the last six months, the roads and tracks to Goldsmith’s Reef appear in good order. Track clearance is required with fallen trees, however, subject to continued dry weather the contractors expect the tracks to firm up enough to allow heavy rig access in the next few weeks.

The priority is to complete the diamond coring program at Goldsmith’s Reef which was disrupted in January. Goldsmith’s Reef is a high-grade historic mine which was last in production pre-1920. Ores were selectively mined to a depth of only thirty meters. Tectonic’s advanced geophysics program has remotely mapped these structures from surface to well below one hundred meters. Drilling will return core samples from one hundred meters and below to test and confirm continuity of gold mineralisation. This will inform JORC resource modelling.

Tectonic hosted a number of potential JV investors at site in 2021 to conduct due diligence for investment. One of these groups identified the Mt Fane historic copper workings along strike from Southern Copper as a high interest target and requested that we added this to the portfolio. The 4km+ long mineralised corridor at Specimen Hill presents with high grade gold closer to the intrusive heat source we have identified below Main Lodes, with copper becoming more dominant as we move past Goldsmith’s Reef and on to Southern Copper and Mt Fane. Our expectation is that Mt Fane could provide a high-grade copper addition to the copper/gold discoveries throughout this corridor. With copper forecast to have a major supply deficit in the global energy transition, Mt Fane is a timely addition to the Specimen Hill portfolio.

It's similar in an earlier article. I think they have calculated that the current price is 44.2% of the target, so the upside must be 55.8%. Bonkers!

The total consideration offered was a significant premium to the Company's most recent and current market capitalisation and in line with an independent valuation report commissioned by the Board. As such, it was appropriate for the Board to call the General Meeting to provide the shareholders with an opportunity to consider the resolution given the current geopolitical setting related to the Russian Federation. Going forward, Amur will endeavour to advance the Project per the terms of its Detailed Exploration and Mining License as well as continue discussions with interested and qualifying parties."

I wouldn't worry too much about Tom Bowens. I'm sure he'll be awarded some cheaper options in the near future.

$10m in a year - to pay a dividend, this also has to keep the company going for 3 years
$50m in year 4 - to pay a dividend & ???

In the Proactive interview Robin said they have leads on assets near, or in, production. I doubt a good asset will be available for just $15m cash. Who knows how many shares will be in issue by the time the $50m drops. There again we may have a cash generating asset by then.....

Issue of Director Shares
Tectonic Gold plc (TDIM: TTAU), notes that pursuant to their letters of engagement, each of the directors of the company are eligible to receive director fees of £20,000 each per annum, however such fees have not been paid for the prior two year period. The directors have elected to receive these fees in the form of shares for the period 30 June 2019 to 30 June 2021.

The share price to be used for the calculation is a 20-day VWAP over the 20 trading days immediately following publication of the Company’s Annual Accounts as released on 21 December 2021. In this case the share price used based on the above formula was 1.2155 pence per share following the release of the Company’s Annual Accounts.
