Earlier in the year we set out our evolved strategy in response to competitive changes in the market, positioning Metro Bank for a stronger future. As an organisation we are fully committed to implementing these initiatives, supported by the £120m award from the Competition and Innovation fund.

Attracting new customers is critical for our success and subsequent to these results we were delighted to have retained the top spot in the CMA’s Service Quality Survey for personal customers and second place for business customers.
