Ajay, you are SO RIGHT!! American investors are asleep at the switch!! One of the reasons that I/we are seriously considering listing the Evrensel Impact Group (EIG) on NASDAQ, via a reverse merger or a SPAC. By doing, so we can offer US investors a really serious and highly attractive investment vehicle for them to participate in the future of Africa which you so capably and convincingly describe/portray. As you may also have seen from my recent posts, I am very inclined to relaunch our Africa Development Fund (ADF) being somewhat disappointed by the unconvincing Africa fund "stuff" that is currently coming to market..Often a bunch of kids ( forgive me but I say that in my 80th year) who know little, if anything, about running a business and have little experience in the "real" investment world. They are totally driven by, I exaggerate to make a point, the often unrealistic financial returns imposed upon them by their LP's. A recipe for disaster in Africa. No way will that be the case with EIG or the ADF.
