Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
According to the June rns 120m of the hydrocarbons was in naturally fractured zones. As I understand it the current fracking is of 2 sample representative sections from the rest of the 500m zone. The well should therefore flow whatever the fracking results
Just looking back over RNS's for this well
21st June 2018
Echo Energy plc, the Latin American focused upstream oil and gas company, is pleased to announce a significant light oil column has been interpreted in its third well, onshore Argentina.
Fiona MacAulay, Chief Executive Officer of Echo, commented: "We are delighted that initial interpretation of our third well suggests a material and potentially transformational light oil column in the emerging Tobifera play of the basin, exceeding our high case expectations. We can already consider results for this well to date to be very encouraging from a volumetric and value perspective.
The Company will  now take the time required to confirm the early interpretation of the wireline logs and design an effective test program with a view to confirming the scale of our new oil discovery.
Note the end of last paragraph "OUR NEW OIL DISCOVERY"The Tobifera is known to be oil producing after fracking, so we just need confirmation from the fracking exercise which we should have in a week or two.
Is looking good, cash in the bank, awaiting transformational test results, 3d seismic under way, change to moneyman at the top, shares as cheap as they will ever be imo. Thanks for the opportunity to top up :-) Wouldn't usually trust aim shenanigans but I have a feeling that this time it will be worth hanging in for 12 months.
One that will burn the shorting bar stewards :-)
Blue finish anyone :-))
Well and truly closed, now for the bounce 👍
