Blueroad - I m not sure you fully understand the mechanism behind the CLN. Let’s suppose the shares rise to 1p or 10p or £1. The CLNs will still be converted at 0.5p creating a staggering amount of new shares, which will be sold. It’s not going to jump to 1p, 10p or £1 as each fair rise above 0.5p will lead to conversions and heavy selling. It’s shackled. They “lenders” aren’t interested in the fundamentals. They will dump at 0.58, regardless of how valuable the asset is, as they’ll clear 16% profit.

Yep - I dont question the wisedom of the Board, in the situation they are in. Money is required.

All I am saying is its a big shackle. It'll get converted and will be absorbed. Its just a question of time. I truly hope its Q1 but feel its Q3 earliest and more likely Q4 - Q1 27. Delighted to be too pessimistic, however, its drawn down will be visible, so ill add to my, already substantial holding, regularly.

The CLN makes it very tradable, as progress & news will increase the price, then the dumping of converted CLNs will drop it. I'm not gunna do this though. I will just increase at the drops.

ORR is discovering a HUGE open pit mine. Effing huge. Its open in every field, every direction. The whole of the CLP might be one big mine. MBO1 North and South connected, probably.

A major will buy it when the JORC gets to 2M. The CLP soil samples are pending big news, which might give market confidence of the above.

I like NTVO a lot but want to see demand be capable of exceeding the CLN. Its not easy but ultimately will happen, then it'll rocket.

Yes, if they can all be converted and dumped quickly, it'll be great. It will require very good news and huge demand though. It could happen.

I didn't consider Iceman's explanation good. He only referred to the converted ones, not to huge sum outstanding.

I agree but the price of NTVO wont rise for 1-1.5 years until the huge quantity of CLNs are taken and dumped as soon as it rises towards 0.6p

After the CLN overhang has gone the MCAP could bag, however, plenty of time to build. Id rather hold here in the meantime.

Agreed long term but the CLNs will be converted regularly and dumped all year. It would take exceptional news to get this over 0.6p for a long time. All the good news, which should be significant, will be meet by overwhelming sales.

If not it’ll be 50% of 1.33M plus (likely) 500k at MBE-N and 40% of 155k.

Regardless the figure will be tangible assets. The speculative JORC of the 100% CLP and growth of existing via step out drilling. All likely to be millions.

Hi - what’s the make up of 1.33M ounces. It’s interesting to know USD13 per ounce. I’d imagine 500k added by April / May, so it’ll be USD9.4. Crazy as one could speculate 3 times more after USD5-10m of additional exploration, hence USD3.

Assuming we have a license the JORC would be worth USD50 per ounce min. 50/3 is 5.8p

Indeed shocking. I thought it was an update on the Coringa tragedy but it’s a second in a few days, now in Palito.

The two areas suspended are in fact both productive mines, so production halted.

Hopefully the police will allow it to resume again, although two in a matter of days raises louder alarm bells.

The poor families need to be looked after.
