Well, they sold ~46k worth of obsolete mining equipment to Vinanz for a 24% stake in the company, so the company must be worth about 191k worth of obsolete mining equipment by my reasoning.

Yeah, DL is a Vinanz owner. Still just a VLRM shareholder though, nothing fishy or backhanded going on here.

Just had a quick look on Ali Express, you can get 1600TH worth of used miners for £46k, including delivery. This values Vinanz at a whopping £191k.

Given that VLRM hold shares in Vinanz, a BTC mining operation, I assume sanboy will be divesting at some point.
