I've just had a quick look on Ali Express, you can pick up 1600 TH/s worth of miners for about £21k including shipping.

VLRM's 4.15 BTC is worth about £100k. This values VLRM's 24% stake in Vinanz at about £121k, giving Vinanz a total valuation of about £500k.

Anyone buying into this at a market cap of £3.69m needs their head examined.
