I'm going to be a bit controversial but honest here, ask me a year ago I would have said pull out of eu. But now with a 3% difference in growth rates between Germany and UK the only reason I can come up with is our open door policy to work migration,boosting output,lowering costs,increasing sales and lifting property prices.Never thought I'd say say it but we are actually benefitting from EU membership. Property prices would still be down by 20% without the rental and now increasing purchase demand of foreign migrants north of Cambridge through Peterborough and probably into Lincolnshire.

Missed the crash too.Im up 25% overall in 2 years but was up 60% at Feb peak so in other words a 20% drop since then.Im heavily weighted into ds smith a rise back to its peak will put me up 80% at which point portfolio will be diversified lol . Gkn isn't that in land controlled by isis?
