With 100k a month cash burn how are they going to keep the lights on in 6 months unlikely that WK will be sufficient enough to get them through the following 12 months. Very true, but there will be to much pain here for any substantial gain. Let's face it in 13 days it's very likely they will have defaulted on the 1 million loan. It's clear no PI's want in here at this level and no institution will want in anywhere near this level. So again EUA will have to accept some ridiculous terms and or dilute. I can't see any way they can come to an arrangement that pi's won't come out at the very bottom. MT lisence was the only catalyst here and the inability to reward pi's with anything other than dilution will have cause a sour taste for many months to come. Would love to hear any ideas that they can obtain the funds to pay what they owe as well as funds to keep the lights on for the next 6 months without shafting pi's.
