Here is my 2 cents: Amrq is 75p per share and 80m is 0.25p per share. Amrq has 450m outstanding shares Vs 80m 's around 4b. If we account for that roughly with rounded numbers : amrq: 7m/450m Vs 80m 500m/4b. Meaning 1.55% Vs 12.5%
The difference is big although it is around 8 times in share volume, rather than 80 times. Depending on the timing of exercise, the dilution rate in GBP would vary.
