"as it shows atlas think it’s a fair price" What the fact that they have converted ? or that 6.5p is a fair price? A holder of a convertible bond will convert when they think the lowest price has passed (In the last 15 days in this case) allowing them make a gain, or, when they think there is little chance of recovering their initial loan and they want to recoup some of the capital. If Atlas were to convert the remaining £150k this week,(They won't) which scenario do you think applies ?
Personally, in my opinion, I see a cash raise from WRES soon, either increased debt or more likely yet another placing when Masterman will be forced to take another 10% stake
