There wouldn't be an RNS as they no longer have an AIM listing.
Companies house should be updated, but then again the company have extended their financial reporting period (To avoid having to show what a mess they are in) Its got to be uploaded to companies house before then end of the year. Perhaps it will coincide with other more obvious news (Not good)
L200, good to hear you are still about. Hope the farming is taking care of things. I'm hearing of huge increases in feed costs etc. Hope you are weathering the storm.
Troajan - Shut up. You just write lies.
Ive taken his word for it Trojan. The Bid is 0.258p. you clearly agree that the MCAP is now less than £400k
Hilarity.
Havegun. You have reached a new height of Dip5h1ttery.
You said "It was obvious to everyone but you, that I meant the price you received not mid or offer." No one else agrees you
You said "and the price for each share was .258 of a penny" - The mid price is 2.58p So are you saying you were offered 0.258p or 1/10 of the quoted mid price (or did you just get the decimal point in the wrong place.
You said "goingunderground It was the bid price. Are you stupid?" What was 2.58p or 0.258p ?
You said "Correct Savvy i meant to say one hundred thousand shares were worth £228.58p after charges" So thats 100k x 0.258 less £29.50 fee. = £228.50 . Well done the maths are nearly right there !
So you are concluding that having spoken to your broker. The Bid price is 0.258p I think you have decimalpointitis, but if you are correct the company is now valued at £379,123.64 ( 146,947,146 shares in issue)
Hilarious, if it true or false. If I cared I'd get a price form Jenkins myself. But as I don't......
Dip5h1ttery at its finest one way or another.
Have a gun. You said "and the price for each share was .258 of a penny"
Which price was that ? Offer ? Bid or Mid?. They aren't all the same dip5h1t
You are clueless.
Hello Jaf. Good to hear from you my friend. Funny here isn't it. Though I do miss the endless Greenbox comments of Getinthere, the ramblings of Safetyman and of course the misinformation of Troajan and K3VMC. Oh and where his Geng with his graphs. :-)
See you at the memorial service in the new year.
Havegun. You are wrong. The bid price is not the same as the mid price. Ask them for a bid price. (or rather get your broker too)
Savvy.
Did you old account get blocked for posting rubbish ? Or, is this a brother/sister of Savvysausage ?
"The mid market price of the shares on JPJ is 2.58 pence" That would seem to be the case. The mid price tells you nothing if you are looking to trade in or out. Bid 0.5p Offer 4.5p The mid price would be 2.5p. 1 million shares would be worth £5k. Closer to the reality of this tin pot company (excuse the pun)
"The price has held up very well" YES Its suspended from trading on AIM. If you consider 40p down to 2.5p holding up then well, there you go.
"due to the Ukraine war" Errm no. Due to the lack of being able to get enough Tungsten/Tin out of the ground to pay the bills. EVER. It was all over here before the Ukraine war
"which suggests there is still some underlying value in the Company" Nope/ It means no one has traded them. Longer term shareholders here are 80-90% down. Shares are next to worthless, so its about clinging on in quiet desperation..
"Especially in Euro" How funny. Why not use the Turkish Lira, You'd have made a fortune :-)
No trolls there. Just clever folk that can see whats happening.
Trojam the Kamakwasi Kartweng economist. - Hilarious.
Similar to Tin

My hobby is watching you mislead and lose. Its great.
How's it going at ARB :-)
K3VMC. Back at again I see. The only person that talks his own book is you. Badly BTW. YOu really would do better just to wond your neck in instead of attaepmting to mislead. I Imean lets look at how you mislead investors at WRES. Woeful
A couple of points:
Remind me what currency your Blackrock debt is denominated in
You are not selling anything. Its closed down - remember?
You used to get $35000 per ton. If you had a working mine then now you get $20000 per ton. Can you expand on how that is "worth more"
I'd get more sense out of pork chop than you
Savvy. You really have no understanding do you. Best be quiet rather than prove it
Nope. Its dead in a ditch.
Tin price down below $20k now. APT Price down and falling.
It's bereft of life.
Like I said weeks ago, you shares are still worth a happy meal.
C'mon Mr Greenbox......
:-) K3VMC
You never left plank
MIB. You have the option to sell your holding to fund your next McDonalds.
Just for you "savviness"

A rotten sausage would be more savvy.
