I think I did not express my self correctly. If you read the excert from the RNS (28 July 2023) it says: "use its best endeavours to settle and/or finalise the Claim within five years of Completion;"
This means they will try to finalize with in 5 years of completion; but it can take longer.
Thank you poppyseed!
Quite a few things to think about; interesting time lies ahead.
Can anyone with a better knowledge of the situation can please explain how long this might take? Could it take up tp 5 years? I read the RNS from 28 July 2023 and quoting the part I found interesting. Please see (a) and (b):
"Under the Revised SPA, AAG confirms that it has secured funding for at least US$15 million to fund the Claim and undertakes to the Company that it will:
a) instruct lawyers to commence legal proceedings and issue a claim in respect of the Claim within three months of Completion;
b) use its best endeavours to settle and/or finalise the Claim within five years of Completion; and
c) keep the Company informed of material developments in respect of the Claim."
That would be a very interesting journey if FCRM can overtake ITS in terms of action and excitement.

Can't help but wonder, could this be the next ITS !
They have doubled production. Customers/orders are lining up. Reading the series of RNS's released in last couple of months, it is obvious that they are on the way up. Considering the SP was more than 8p in last April, there should be sharp rise.

Laura2022 seems to have double checked the tally. Is it possible that lot more is going on here in the background!
By the way I found another post by MickR titled "Net Assets" (21 Aug 2023 09:48) quite interesting. I quote entire post:
"From today's results:
Net assets per share at 31 March 2023 were 5.2p per share.
Current SP is 0.25p.
The net assets would be after the net debt is taken into account. The proposed de-listing is to get rid of minorities in my view so that only the big fish stay on and eat the cake. The company is not insolvent so the proposed de-listing is not the same as administration. I expect at least the SP to run up to over 0.6p to 1p -there is plenty of time to the meeting next month.

Any thoughts?
