Further to the Holiday weekend Jolly in the southwestern sunshine of Tanzania, we are not much further forward, and need some answers!

Who are the directors of Songwe and what remuneration will be involved ?

What fee or percentage will PVE receive - no success/ no fee basis or a big fat upfront fee with add-ons ?

Will the new Chairman be on better terms than his predecessor ?

Do we still have an operating rig, what maintenance has been carried out, or is it seizing up and going to require a major overhaul before it can drill a serious deep well again ?

Will the 10 year license be extended forward to the signing date, or have we effectively lost 14 months payments already ?

We got dished out a typical HE1 RNS this morning, and we really need further clarity, and soon!

Judging by the market reaction and the quiet response on here, things are far from rosy right now, and we have a time limit hanging over us now! Mmm 🤔

Helium One Global Ltd announced the immediate appointment of Clive Carver as Non-Executive Chairman, succeeding James Smith. Carver brings extensive experience in capital markets and the resources sector, having chaired other AIM-listed companies. The company also disclosed that Director Sarah Cope is a Non-Executive Director of Directa Plus plc, which recently entered administration. This leadership change occurs as Helium One progresses its Tanzanian helium discovery, which flowed 5.5% helium in Q3 2024, and its US Galactica-Pegasus project, which saw initial wells tied into production in Q4 2025 with further wells expected online in 2026.

As far as I can see , the only news is that Blue Star are down again today at 0.0065AUD from a high of 0.01AUD exactly 4 weeks ago, presumably on the frustration of no news!

And in all honesty Blubay, an invisible JV company in Songwe Helium, as well as Mining Licence which is approved but so far not ratified by the once so Helpful Tanzanian Authorities! We have been talking to off-takers and potential JV partners since December 2021, but here we are! I just pray they do not miss the current opportunity which the global crisis is going to present!

I have been an ardent believer in Helium in Tanzania since 2020, but feel I have the right to blow off steam now an again, because, ever since they changed their initial target and go to Tai 1 to commence the drilling programme, many subsequent decisions have been debatable!

All I want is the Board to show both they and the project are still alive!

This time 5 years ago HE1 held 4500 sq km prospecting licenses across Rukwa, Eyasi and Balingida in Tanzania. Their present literature states only 480 sq km in Rukwa!

Have they dropped the ball, what with RIFT Helium due to set up camp next door, possibly do a rapid 3D seismic of their plots, use the now public information from Itumbula, pick the sweet spots and get the big boys to fund a Drill baby Drill project, while we are still languishing in our own mire?
