Sapan Ghai, CCO at Sovereign Metals, discusses their superior graphite test results. Watch the video here.
Two comments from me on your post Tiggerman.
1. GGPs financiers don’t seem to agree they are being failed as they (banks) agreed to amend and extend the debt financing recently and apparently are happy for it to be scaled up against % ownership of Havieron as an asset.
2. If you have millions of shares for peanuts then you are in a far better position than most, who prob won’t have much sympathy for you on that basis, and presumably you are still well in profit, so I suggest you consider cashing in now if you are so unhappy with the company. If I had the money I’d gladly buy your millions of shares off you at the current share price.
Rare look in here for me and imo the discussion makes it clear that if SD did want to get rid of retail uk investors then I could see why. What a display of panic, lack of contrarian thinking and lack of patience from many. I expect those really invested have largely given up on LSE because of the ridiculous stuff posted here relentlessly. Real investors, keep hold of your sanity.
Dip as ever you present good old common sense, in such short supply. After the crazy speculative froth of 2020 we have been at or close to rock bottom here sp-wise, but for those able to buy now, or average down and hold through to production, Havieron promises to give rich rewards.
Lts Shaun referred to having to get both Aus and uk legal advice (relating to Havieron and the JV) given Havieron is in Aus but GGP a UK listed co. The proposal would enable matters relating to Havieron to be dealt with under Aus law, saving time and cost of two sets of sometimes disagreeing legal advice. He promised to come back to shareholders further if and when this was proposed to be progressed. That was my understanding of what he said anyway.
I’m a LTH here and personally am reassured by massive investment and funding announced recently. Would major banks want to lend hundreds of millions on a rubbish asset that won’t make money over years to come? Nope. Would a corporate heavyweight like Forrest back a company it doesn’t expect to come good? Nope. I’m holding for the increase Au and Cu coming out of Hav over the next few years.
Does anyone seriously think it’s not going to happen? Really? There is no evidence backing up such a viewpoint, and a huge mountain (or should I say hole in the ground) backing up why it is going to happen, so I really wouldn’t worry too much about that!
Sadly someone with that level of dosh will almost always have no real interest in engaging with us average PIs other than to support their own aims. So as Dip says best to ignore his statements and do what you need to do for your own financial aims.
Thanks Dip
This was all good news today in what is generally a terrible time for markets.
Hopefully now ufo have a straight run in to production at Han****.
