I totally agree with u there....but it take months if not years to get them off that field....the courts are like with everything SLOW MOVING..... We see if any of them Wells get fracked this year,tell u the truth I have my doubts.... Sorry to sound down beat,but there is such a head wind ere...(hurricane force lol)... We will see.... Like the other HC going on....we have to wait for the bad result that we undoubtedly come our way.... Seriously the protesters at these sites are getting out of control..... Saw on utube the other day the field that the protesters are occupying near the third energy site...is private land.... But they have decided to take it over now,and it's becoming a night mare for the owner (famer) to get rid of them....DYOR that's how I understand it.... The hole system is out of date,in.one of the videos that I have watched made a comment Bout the wressle site being held up....if these judgements go in the E&P favour then these council's should be taken to court.....AND FINED..!!
