However I do stand by my opinion that as we have had locally experienced senior management across the group for many years, these improvement measures have taken a while to be implemented. HeleB, I am 52 and suffer with AF and had my second AZ jab yesterday, I felt OK except for a dead arm after the 1st one and have no ill effects since yesterday. I agree with you about the exercise regime, it definitely helps my condition and general well being. I'm not sure I want my 24 and 21 year olds to have the jab, but they're old enough to make that decision for themselves.
