All - the injunction debate. See following text that shows Nanoco also applied for an injunction against Samsung in Texas - so not a new tactic with LG. Also Tenner said last time around they were suing in Germany because it was much easier / faster to get an injunction there. Think he also said injunctions were rare in US unless a direct competitor (so not a TV co vs a chemical co).
