Yes HL has been bad with the transfer as you'll have to do it all manually but it'll be worth it in the long run. But this new asset class is also exciting along with the inventory monetisation which is SYMEs core product line, fintech is here to stay.

if you do a swap into the isa you'll need to sell and settle before transferring to an isa. But remember you'll lose a few shares due to price fluctuations or gain if the price falls in the week ahead but in the long run you'll save paying a lot in taxes so it works out a lot better especially if you have a long term hold view on this for 3-5yr.

I thought if it was in a standard account then anything above 20k profit would lead % tax to pay hmrc as capital gains tax but if its in an isa then its exempt. Please correct if im wrong.

Also remember to use up the isa allocation as its there tax free for us regular people who aren't investing above the isa limit.

In the game if you really want in just pay the market rate as anything below 0.50p is still a bargain, this is a share you buy and leave for the next 5 yrs, put it in an isa and won't need to pay the taxes that go with it. This is a disruptive fintech that has a great chance of succeeding.

The board has been taken over by people spouting numbers for the sp all over the place, those guys are only here to trade and move on. People new here don't get caught up in all that as normally someone novice ends up holding the stinky end part whilst the traders move on to the next share.

Look and read up on the fundamentals of the business what the usp is and why no other business is doing it, is it cos its a genius idea or it just doesn't work or nor tried and proven yet. I truly believe SYME have a genius idea but not getti g carried away with Monday being something geading to 1p etc there's always pullbacks so be aware and alert.
