The company will be fully aware that FS need's to be RNS'd sooner rather than later to restore some confidence, i do think there will be very solid reason why its being held back so far, at the same time i would expect it also to be RNS'd in the next few days also IMO?

What are people actually expecting out of the AGM, after all there will not be any material disclosure, NDA's will be the excuses, and i doubt there will be a straight answer to any question, or anything that is believable.

So unless you are voting to try and stop any placings or want to try and kick some of these charlatans out, not sure there will be much value tbh.
