It's like buses on here. Nothing for ages then a load come all at once. Blue sky target price? Don't have one - but �3.70 will be enough for me to pay off my mortgage... There's a good chance it may get somewhere near close to results day. :-) Ulster Bank and Mortgage book allegedly strong. We shall see. I am prepared to wait.

Just to let anyone interested know, if you were a late applicant to the action group you are definitely not included in any settlement. Thought I'm not sure the settlement sounds like much anyway...and they are still fighting over semantics. You will, however, be refunded your application money. I called them today and they said I was getting my initial £300 back with no reduction for admin fees etc. Happy Christmas!

There is still some decent growth to be had here - but it is just when...it may be a good few months yet. I am with you that there will be other dips along the way. A worse case scenario for the US fines has already been priced in. I am hanging on as higher interest rates will yield better returns on equity and RBS of all the UK banks has plenty of that. However, nothing is certain ever with this share...

So. We, the shareholders in the action group (of which i know little), are reportedly suing the solicitors that represented us (of which I know even less) for a conflict of interest that I knew nothing of. To what end? And will this affect the amount that I don't know I'm getting and when it will be paid to me? Wish I'd never bothered...

The whole RBOS action group process (like some of you on here) has not filled me with confidence. I sent off my monies to be registered as one of the 'late claimants' (after 2014) and never received an acknowledgement despite chasing twice via their phoneline (which was, more often than not, engaged). My worry now, as a late claimant that I get nothing and even lose my initial outgoings? I have still not read anything to say whether the late claimants are included in the 82p settlement figure (less 40-45%) or whether any settlement will include my initial stake having never seen a contract of any type.
