Bottomz, funnily enough I am directly involved with a few companies providing disruptive tech in my industry.
They are all concerned about funding at the minute and how that night impact them getting the show in the road.

I still think the concept of the idea is great, and there is most definitely a growing market especially in the strange times we live in.
If BIDS can’t it capitalise on this unforeseen opportunity for esports/gaming adverts then they never will. In the same breath I suppose in bids defence it’s a shame thief SDK is not ready to go, and they also do not have iab good standard. Might be a completely different story then

Bottomz whats you definition of long term investor?
Bit difficult to be a long term investor on AIM as most stocks are **** or bust.
If bids don’t deliver this year they are done IMO.
Can’t keep fobbing people off with nearly stories.
If this mysterious £10mil contract per year over two materialises to nothing how damaging is that going to be.
I’m not turning bear just yet though. From beginning of year I’ve said next 6 to 9 months will be the making or breaking of bids.
First 4 months all a bit opaque for me.
No clear plan to victory as promised.
No games delivered, yet.
No clear revenues, as far as we can see.
Lots of publicity, lots of loosely linked articles and some mentions in publications.
Little excitement here.

Agree with your comments re funding intrepid.
In my industry I know a few tech start ups that are sweating about funding, as they are far from turning revenue, and fear never getting their idea off the ground as will not qualify for government funding.
At the end of the day there will need to be justification for any loan along with terms for payback.

With that in mind, if Bids did receive government funding could that ultimately been seen as a positive then as due diligence would have been completed re revenue generation and ultimately pay back?

Whilst great for verification, why would the SP “rocket” on the back of that RNS?
If it was followed up with BIdS in all epic games from 1st July with est revenues of x, then yes it would rocket.
That RNS in itself does not drive revenue.
Games inventory, contracts, revenue estimates are the only factors that will drive this SP up.
IAB gold standard won’t even have an impact until its followed up with revenue generation.
