Thanks Luddite, Compass...yes you are right, I forgot...have been buying OCADO and paying a lot in stamp duty, which makes it difficult to get in and out unless big movements (which you can't predict!). I'm not saying I recommend it, I've come unstuck sometimes.

Then, there are days like today!!!! ...IAG always seems to get oversold, when bad news hits...even when a bit unrelated to the airline industry. Friday was a positive day for many shares, we had a nice relaxing weekend, then Monday we are back with another shake-up with Trump pulling the strings. Not a bad way to make money, if YOU are the one with the prior knowledge.

Will be back up to 710 soon, but 750 seems a long way off

So, 14.5c off the SP? I am a long term holder but find you have to sell them and buy back at various stages to actually make money on these. I agree they should be worth £8 and over past 9-10 years have be a slow but good investment that always recovers from any dips over time.

I am a fan of IAG, but oh, so slow. There are only so many times Tango Man can shock people with his brat behaviour in a week. That said, I have to agree...China has has it's way for too long. Who else fakes everyone's products and dumps them on the world market? all with the help of their own Government.

Yes Rocka, I had feeling maybe up a little but not that much...was going to buy back mine...too slow 970-999 in a few seconds. Back in at 1004...hope I'm not wrong, but I just like owning these shares and every time I sell, I think I need them back!! Often I have bought on big rises and they have still done OK...fingers crossed

Well said ALLatsea...look at OCADO this morning!!!! what a great buying day yesterday was! The corruptive influence brokers can have is staggering. I agree Ocado was probably a bit overinflated for this minute in time. In future who knows. Yes, they still need sold news and results like all companies

It may fall again, yes ...but I thought quite a good fightback from 913 and stayed quite stable around 945-ish most of day. I wouldn't be surprised if it went up. So far only one broker downgraded, maybe a bit lopsided to take one view.

You did warn, Rocka, well predicted. It crossed my mind that it was a bit "coincidental" that Merrill Lynch double downgrades on the day it arrives on FTSE.

Thanks all for comments Tin, Burton, I do appreciate them. I just happened to stumble onto a story about Haydale, which to all intents has tanked. I hold quite a lot of VRS so was a bit concerned. They claim on their website they do produce Graphene and sounds quite similar on the surface. I'm not trying to be negative. Obviously I like everyone here, want them to do well and the Govt connection plus NGA must set them apart. Hoping this week continues the good run.
