Neil : I think people will look back and wonder why they didn't buy at this price! ...all I am doing is sitting back and waiting for the gradual rise. Either sell some at 120-130 medium term or wait longer and get 180+ eventually. Not the most excting share to own but very little downside.

Just word of warning to ANYONE when you are trying to manage several shares on screen.....BE CAREFUL, you can easily make mistakes.

What I meant by critical is, it dropped by about 150 yesterday, so today could have gone either way. Could have been 1850 for all I know.
Fortunately up, yes.
In the past I haven't really protected myself from downside risk, which is not good, because you can easily wipe out an entire years work.
I intend to keep majority of holding, though, I do have long term belief.

Thanks Chilt, I sold a few OCDO to buy a few more MKS, as a back up (I think have potential for a good gain percentage wise..I'm pretty sure some M&S shoppers will be itching to get back in store this summer)...it's taken this bit of Ocado jolt to realise too many eggs in one basket.

I don't know much about Amazon, apart from I don't like Jeff Bezos or his business model.
When Tim Steiner starts building an Ocado rocket, I'll probably go off them too.
Without Amazon's expolitative tax setup and manuipulation of desperate Governments bowing to their job promises they wouldn't be where they are.

Apart from that, I think Ocado has specialised skills of it's own developed over 20 years, "Nobody" is going to not BEAT Amazon, but they could be a big player. This not a buy recommendation, but "IF" I had more cash, I would probably even buy more at 21. They are not the same I know, but still, how much would it cost to buy the same amount of shares in Amazon?
