Seems to have price interest this morning so far. I think most likely due to food wasteage story and build up to results. I shopped yesterday and was thinking how much work M&S have done on it's food offering. So much new stuff and competitvely priced against the others, which is hard to do if you are selling superior products.

Don't expect Johnson to sort anything out, he's a complete fool and a chancer. Having said that, if the public wants to carry on as if there "isn't" a global pandemic then you have to live with the downside i.e death, wearing a mask or being told to stay indoors.

Yes, Chilting, that might be quickest outcome. We'll have to wait and see "IF" Austostore have violated Ocado's but it sounds like a bit of a stretch to me, accusing someone else just because they accused you?

It's an interesting article, but unfortunately still all speculation and based on who is right (unknown) and how desperate Ocado is to solve the problem quickly (also unknown)

I think THL will be a formidable opponent and yes, the PR element is more damaging to Ocado at moment.
THL have nothing to lose (apart from lawyer fees) and everything to gain.
The SP will rise if they settle, but not much if it is a huge amount to pay.

Autostore registered this system in 1999 and then provided it, robots and services to Ocado up until a few recent years ago as far as I can see. Or did Ocado build a time machine and rewrite that? I'm p***d off too, I've lost money selling these.

The price collapse is Ocado's own doing. If there was NO question of a copyright issue we wouldn't be here now.
We should be entering another lockdown phase where Ocado steams ahead yet again. instead, confidence is plummeting.
Can't blame shorters, because Tim Steiner isn't out there doing anything to repel them by way of positive statements...he's already collected his cash, now he's quiet as a mouse. Shouldn't he be announcing a new deal or something using the £1billion cash call?

I agree with that Cheap, but I did sell half of mine at 100.12, because I'm really losing patience, doesn't matter when you buy them, they go lower, the next day. Some BIG BOY's are moving it around and you just can't seem to win at moment.
Hopefully they will improve a bit, by results day...I'm sure food JV will be positive.
